Air Max Day 2022

It's that special day of the year again. It's Air Max Day! I had so much fun participating in Air Max Day last year with my husband and sharing how Air Max was one of the first sneakers that really caught my eye years ago. I got such a great response from styling our Air Max together last year that we decided to make this an annual tradition. So, this year, we decided to take a different approach to styling our Air Max. This year is all about color and individuality.

One thing I have noticed about my husband and his sneakers is that he really enjoys classic styles. So, it's no surprise that he went with the classic, Air Max 1 this year and the best part about his sneakers are not only that they work with a range of outfits, but they are customized. We love our last name around here so you're bound to see Carter on a few things in our closets. Plus, the navy color on his sneakers is such a clean color that works with lots of denim looks.





For me, I am currently really loving the color green so when I saw these Air Max Pre-Day LX go on sale, I decided to get them. I had been on the fence about them (...because it's easy to overspend on sneakers), but I'm really glad I got them. I don't own any green sneakers and they really give such a pop of color to my sneaker collection. I decided to pair them with things already in my closet including this Eloquii cropped blazer and Lane Bryant cropped jeans.
