When it comes to vintage pieces, there are few things I love more than a great print. I particularly love vintage African prints. DivaXpress is the queen of finding fabulous prints (see here) so when she sent me this kimono a few weeks ago, I literally squealed when I pulled it out of the box. I knew it would be the perfect piece to wear over a swimsuit, jeans and a tee and even an item I could take into fall and winter. I had to take it on a spin as soon as I could. I opted to keep my look super simple. I think I'm going through a temporary phase of wanting "no fuss" outfits and this was so easy to create.
I paired my kimono with a Merona tank (which can you believe Target is getting rid of Merona?!), comfy jeggings and these clearance Lane Bryant sandals. Even though this was a super simple outfit, I think my recent haircut and my Coastal glasses gave it an edge.
