Personal Style | Fab Werkwear Series: The Perfect Suit

I remember when I went shopping for my first suit. I was in my senior year of college and my mom thought it would be a great idea to get me a few business pieces since I would begin interviewing for jobs soon. As we were out shopping, I was so unimpressed and bored with the selection of suits. It was hard to find a full suit in my size as well so we ended up getting me a black blazer and gray dress pants. It became my standard interview outfit, but Lord knows, I'm glad fashion has changed.

As I think about it, my thoughts while out suit shopping were exactly why I created the fab werkwear series. Work clothes shouldn't be boring. I feel like your sense of personality and style should not be covered, but shown in what you wear even to work. I'm thankful that suits have evolved over the years. I love seeing bold colored suits like red and blue and in my size. Eloquii is one of my favorite brands for office pieces. When they were having a great sale one day, I decided to gift myself a true suit that I knew I would love to wear.

Not only is this khaki suit easy to wear in any season, but I love the cut of the blazer and pants. It gives a modern yet professional feel.
