A few months ago, I made a complaint on Twitter about my struggle to find a proper fitting pair of boyfriend jeans. Ever since the boyfriend jean hit the scene, I have been loving them, but unfortunately, most pairs have not been loving me. I am heavier on the bottom of my body so every pair of boyfriend jeans I tried was either too tight in the leg or too loose in the waist. I am happy to announce my struggle is finally over and it ended in an unexpected place!
As much as I like to thrift, I rarely thrift jeans. I know the thrift store is the ideal place for jeans, but throughout the years, I have rarely found my size. While I was thrifting with my mother a few weeks ago, I found a pair of Ashley Stewart jeans that were a few sizes too big, but made them perfect to wear as boyfriend jeans!
I have already worn these jeans multiple times, but on this particular day, I decided to pair them with a cargo vest I found on clearance in Las Vegas and a shirt I found while unpacking. Oh the things you find in random boxes!

ReplyDeleteLove these boyfriend jeans! I too have had problems with the boyfriend jean. I'm super tiny up top and not so tiny on the bottom. THus I feel like I look really silly in mine. I only have Guess? jeans - because I use to work at the HQ's and could buy them for like $10 =).
