The weather here in North Carolina has just been strange this winter. I've never seen so much snow and ice in all the years I have lived here and every time we get a glimpse of warm weather, the bitter cold tries to return. I've mentally decided I'm over it. I am more than ready for spring and when I saw these floral shorts in New York & Company last week on sale for 50% off, I was immediately in a spring state of mind.

Although I am super ready for spring, I had to pair my floral shorts with tights to stay warm. I still can't believe I scored the shorts for under $25. Now I'm on the hunt for a floral blazer...

I live in Florida and the winter down here has been really strange too. Not a usual nice 70ish winter with a few cold days. I'm hoping that is over too. I adore that purse!!
