Sharing the first half of my favorite moments from BlogaliciousFIVE brought back memories of truly of an unimaginably great blog conference. It was so great to see something that I have been preparing for for months was truly worth the effort. As I think back over the highlights of the weekend, I wanted to share three more of my favorite moments and a bonus surprise.

Here are more of my favorite moments from BlogaliciousFIVE:
5. Hanging with My Favorite Bloggers
Some of my favorite people in the world are bloggers I have met while on this blogging journey. Not only did I get to room with my friend, Whitney 'Nic' James, I got to meet some of my favorite bloggers like LA Lynns, Brilliance of B, Glasses & Glitter, Afrobella and more!

6. Master Your Elevator Pitch Session
I was honored to be a part of the Master Your Elevator Pitch session held by Harriette Cole. She is a life stylist, best-selling author, and nationally syndicated advice columnist who has worked at Ebony and Essence. Her session really showed you how to convey who you are and what you represent in a concise, timely and effective manner. It was sometimes funny and sometimes tough, but altogether beneficial for everyone. Surprisingly, I mustered up enough to say about myself with Harriette Cole AND Jackie Reid in the room. Whew!
7. Kia Motors Colosing Cocktail Reception
Can you say off the hook? The music and food was on point! I absolutely loved the shrimp and grits they served! It was a pleasure being able to interact more with KIA representatives after doing a test drive earlier that day of the KIA Cadenza. It was a great way to end the conference.

Bonus Moment
8. Proposal
After going to the conference and and flying home, they only thing I could think about was getting some rest. I never saw it coming that day. The Sunday I arrived back in North Carolina, I was rushing to baggage claim to get my bag, but as I rounded the corner, my boyfriend was waiting for me. Within a few minutes, he was down on one knee and my boyfriend became my fiance. Let the wedding preparations commence!
I hope you enjoyed my favorite moments from Blogalicious! Thank you again to everyone who supported me!
