Thank you again for all of the birthday wishes! As you may have seen from the first part of my birthday weekend, I was surprised by being taken to Ruth's Chris and enjoyed Rickey Smiley's comedy show. On Sunday, my actual birthday, we kept it low key. I started the day off by attending church.
On the way to church, I snapped the picture below and was shocked at how clear my skin looked. I had a facial a few days before my birthday at Restoration Holistic Skin Care Spa. I used my last coupon for a facial from a special I purchased late last year and I was glad I saved it. The glowy skin was a nice touch to my birthday look.
After church, we went to The Big Easy in Downtown Raleigh, which is a cajun restaurant. We enjoyed shrimp po boys and after lunch, we picked up my birthday cake. I have always wanted an ice cream cake from Cold Stone! It was delicious.
Throughout the day, I received a lot of love on this dress that was sent to me from eShakti. I love the print and it was nice and bright for the sunny day.
