The FabEllis Two Event Recap

Hello Beauties!

After planning for two months, it's still hard for me to believe that The FabEllis Two has come and gone already!  The event, which celebrated my two year blogging and natural hair anniversaries, was a great success.  I enjoyed meeting new people as well as seeing familiar faces.  From laughing to shopping to giveaways, there was a treat for everyone.  Keep reading to see how the celebration went...

The event was held at a local boutique called Clothes Hound and as people arrived to the event, there was a sign outside the door to let them know they were in the right location.  My good friend, IMPR4less, checked people in as they arrived and informed them of the store-wide discount during the event and where to sign up for giveaways.

As people walked in, their ears were filled with music from my sweetie, D.J. Emphamis 1, who also designed the logo displayed on my t-shirt worn during the event.  He played soulful tunes near the refreshments, which includes mini cupcakes and lemonade.

They also got a glance at the giveaway display as well as the goody bags each attendee would be able to take home.  The goody bags were filled with a full size product from Cantu, product sample from Cream & Coco, sample from Mary Kay, coupon from Two Tears In My Bucket, etc.

As the night got started, I thanked everyone once again for attending the event.  Throughout the two hour event, I had giveaway sessions where I gave away four to six prizes at a time.

Attendees won items such as gift baskets from Cantu, gift bags from Beautiful Textures, gift certificates for facials from Restorations Holistic Skin Care Spa, vintage earrings from Nic's Picks and more!

Attendees also shopped throughout Clothes Hound.  They received 20% off all items during the special event.  As the night went on, there were plenty of pictures taken and laughs heard.

I also received a gift myself.  Jaimee of FashionMaBe brought me a personalized mug and business card holder!  How sweet!  Did I mention she came all the way from the DMV?  I felt loved.
